Who We Are

Since opening in 1995, Terra has become not only one of the best restaurants in the northern region of the Greater Toronto Area, but one of the best restaurants in Toronto, period. Terra’s stature and reputation have stood the test of time through constant innovation, prudent expansion, strict culinary standards and service above and beyond. An eating place, a gathering place and a place where decade-long memories have been made and celebrations enjoyed, Terra exemplifies a marquee dining experience both as a result of its exceptional gastronomic standards as well as its elegant, comfortable interior design. Now almost 14 years in business, Terra remains truly a landmark in the city, never content to rest on its laurels and continuing to push the envelope in terms of food and service, quality and value.

What We Do

Terra Restaurant & Catering Operational highlights

Terra is open for lunch Monday to Friday from 11:30 am and open for dinner seven days a week from 6:00 pm. As well, we offer a Sunday’licious’ promotion each and every Sunday from 5:00 pm.

Terra can accommodate up to 200 people depending upon table configurations in its 5500 sq. ft. As well, the entire restaurant is available for private functions. There are also three private dining areas that can accommodate up to 40 people. All three rooms have full audio-visual capability with wireless high speed internet.

In 2005, Terra expanded to include a new ‘Oyster and Tapas Bar- Lounge’. Seasonally the lounge opens on to a side terrace-patio to create an inviting and upscale social venue.

Catering is available. Terra’s food and attentive service is available in private residences, offices or other special event venues, customized to suit specific needs, numbers and dietary requirements. There are no restrictions to the number of guests. Rentals and staffing and all relevant planning/details are also arranged as required.

Beverage

Terra’s wine list encompasses more than 500 international selections including strong representation from Niagara with substantial vintage depth in California, Italy and France.
